Mangaluru: This is the first apartment to be inaugurated after Mangalore was declared in the list of smart cities, said Corporator Ashok Kumar at the inauguration of Land Trades’ completed project, ‘Aquarius’ at Mallikatte here, on August 28.

The programme was inaugurated by Ashok Kumar by lighting the traditional lamp along with the other dignitaries. Manohar Prasad compered the programme and delivered the vote of thanks. Ex deputy mayor Lancelot Pinto, Corporator Sabitha Misquith, former mayor and Corporator Shashidar Hegde, industrialist Jagadish Shetty, the new flat owners and others were present on the occasion.
Aquarius was completed in a record time within 18 months and features 20 flats (10 2BHK, 10 3BHK) with the best of amenities provided for flats in Mangaluru.
