Mangaluru: Cow’s Milk is Health, Ghee Medicine and Meat Disease – Mohammed Faiz Khan

Mangaluru: A talk on “Ambeya Koogu” (Cry of the cow), was held at Sanghaniketana, Mannagudda here on November 28.

The programme began with a prayer song. Anti-cow-slaughter activist Mohammed Faiz Khan inaugurated the event by lighting the traditional lamp. Co-convener of Yuva Brigade’s Dakshina Kannada unit, Girish Holla welcomed the gathering.

Addressing the gathering, Faiz Khan said that Vivekananda had a vision according to which the development of India is possible when we have an Islamic body and vendantic sense. “I was born in a Muslim family but my sense is vedantic,” said Faiz.

Speaking on intolerance, he said, “Mangaluru has welcomed everyone to this land. It never denied anybody stay here. So how can it be intolerant? The Yuva Brigade called me, a Muslim, as the chief guest to its programme. How can they be intolerant?”

Commenting on the depiction of Indian traditions in the film PK, he said, “Don’t be a football of others’ opinions. In a film, they showed people pouring litres of milk on God, instead of giving that same food to millions of starving children across the country. And after watching that, people began thinking that what is shown in the film is true. But the film questioned the act because they have not done their homework on Indian culture. The milk is sacrificed because during that month it is harmful for consumption and could cause diseases. If it is given to that child, instead of dying tomorrow, it will die on that day itself.”

Speaking on the Parliament of the World’s Religions Conference held in USA that was attended by Swami Vivekananda as the delegate from India, Faiz said that people of all religions took part in the conference. “It was not organised to promote unity among the various religions. Instead, the organisers wanted to assert to the world that the religion followed by them and countries in Europe was superior. But when Vivekananda spoke and addressed everyone as sisters and brothers, he received a huge applause from the entire crowd. Even a US paper praised him. They wanted to bring him down and so they organised another event with Vivekananda as the chief guest. At the event, they had placed all holy books on a table, with one on top of another and at the bottom of the pile, they had placed the Gita. They threw jibes at Vivekananda, stating that even though he said his religion is great, it’s holy book is at the bottom. At this Vivekananda laughed, which drew confusion among the others. When they asked him how he could be happy at this, Vivekananda replied that the Bhagwad Gita is at its right place, at the bottom of all others, since this showed that it was the foundation on which all others were placed. If you remove it from the pile, all the others would fall down.”

Faiz further said, “I am proud to be a Muslim. But I am even prouder to be an Indian Muslim. There are Muslims in many countries but they all face many problems unlike us.” He also said that in the Quran, no where is it mentioned that Muslims should eat beef. “Cow’s Milk is Health, Ghee Medicine and Meat Disease,” he added.

Nationalist thinker, Leader, Strong Orator Chakravarthi Sulibele, district convener of Yuva Brigade Naresh Shenoy and others were also present.

Vivekananda, unlike his mentor Ramakrishna, was an anti-Christian and anti-Muslim bigot. Mr. Faiz needs to answer whether Islam is a sect of Hinduism as the RSS claims or it is a religion separate and independent of Hinduism.

Indeed, you are turning like a scientist of animal protean. In Quran, anywhere it is written to drink cow milk, camel milk, eating eggs, eating chicken and goat meat or buffalo meat? In the GCC countries, they have a lot of camels and drink a lot of camel milk. Only one meat which is specifically prohibited in Quran is Pork, but now in some of GCC countries, the consumers can get pork meat. In the Old Testament, the first five books are known as Torah which is the sacred book of the Jewish people. In Torah, God has given specific… Read more »

@. .Roy – You call Swami Vivekananda an anti-muslim, anti-chrisitian bigot. Can you please explain why? Is it because he had the audacity to tell truth about your masters and what they did around the world in the name of religion? Go ahead and explain. Also, Isn’t it ironic that you and your minions use Vivekananda’s quotes on beef consumption back in Vedic period to justify beef consumption in modern times? However, his quotes on your masters make him a bigot? Well, spoken like a true bigot!! smiles… @. . AS Beef Mathew – Enjoy your beef and especially pork… Read more »

Original R.Pai – “Also, Isn’t it ironic that you and your minions use Vivekananda’s quotes on beef consumption back in Vedic period to justify beef consumption in modern times? However, his quotes on your masters make him a bigot?” Minister of State for Tourism Culture minister Mahesh Sharma termed Monday night’s incident an “accident”. BJP MP Tarun Vijay said today that it wasn’t the Hindu community’s responsibility to maintain peace and the Muslim community should remain mute. Tarun Vijay ✔ @Tarunvijay Why responsibility to keep peace and maintain calm is always put on the Hindus alone? Be a victim and… Read more »

Original R.Pai – “Also, Isn’t it ironic that you and your minions use Vivekananda’s quotes on beef consumption back in Vedic period to justify beef consumption in modern times? However, his quotes on your masters make him a bigot?” Is it not ironic that the standard bearers of Vivekananda, selectively black out him, wherever Vivekanada said things those are against what RSS preaches and practices? Same they do with the Vedas and the Sanatana social and food habits and values! Why do they do so? They do not own Hindu Religion or the Hindus. Original RSS, the minion of Adityanath,… Read more »

Dear readers, Brief introduction of Faiz Khan; Barely 50 km from Dadri, in Delhi’s Paharganj area, Faiz Khan, national head of RSS-backed Muslim Rashtriya Manch’s Gau Raksha Prakostha, believes the “answer to the problem lies in educating Muslims”. Khan, 34, calls himself a gau bhakt and claims to spread the message of cow protection through his talks in Delhi and neighbouring states. RSS leader Indresh Kumar is also the margdarshak (guide) of the RSS affiliate Muslim Rashtriya Manch (MRM), which has published a booklet, “Gai aur Islam” (cow and Islam) — a compilation of articles by Muslim religious leaders highlighting… Read more »

Mr. Shaikh, are THESE “Topi’s” OK with you?-Mr.Praveen Sir, Over the last ten years, two million children have been killed in conflict. Over one million have been orphaned, over six million have been seriously injured or permanently disabled and over ten million have been left with serious psychological trauma. Since 1998 there have been armed conflicts involving child soldiers in at least 36 countries. However, the traumatic scars left on children are just one of a vast aftermath of post war problems: refugees, food shortages and mourning for lost relatives. Former Child Soldiers may at best have their needs forgotten… Read more »

Children from poor and disadvantaged families who are seeking physical support, revenge for their losses or the sense of belonging are particularly vulnerable to exploitation during conflict. – Mr. shaikh Dearest Mr. Shaikh, The lil rats shown in the link were doing it for sheer fun and amusement en route to ‘eternal paradise’ where there apparently exists plenty of fun under the sun. AND to get their hands on that fun, they are doing it to wipe out the ‘kaffirs’/infidels as taught to them by their deviant version of religion. So, there here is a HUGE difference, my friend. So,… Read more »

So, essentially you are quite OK with the lil rats. Right?-Mr.Praveen Sir, The killing any form is against will of Almighty. None of the religion profess such crimes. The Children and elderly are the silent victim of all conflict. I would like to repeat the same quotes “War violates every right of a child – the right to life, the right to be with family and nurtured and respected”, (Grace Machel, UN, 1996). Islam considers all life forms as sacred. However, the sanctity of human life is accorded a special place. The first and the foremost basic right of a… Read more »

I would like to repeat the same quotes – Mr. Shaikh Ok… that sounds much better. However, as I pointed out those ‘lil rats’ (who play Hide and Seek – shooting ‘kaffirs’ are NOT the “silent victims” of the Daesh conflict. They are sheer vermin who need to be exterminated ASAP. By the way, I have some quotes for you: 1. In the land of the blind, the one-eyed man is King. 2.… Read more »

“…if any one slew a person – unless it be for murder or for spreading mischief in the land – it would be as if he slew the whole people: and if any one saved a life, it would be as if he saved the life of the whole people.” writes Taqiyya artist Sharia Shaikh quoting his holy book. Dear friend, Thankfully many thinkers/activists like Maajid Nawaz, Irshad Manzi, Ali Al Rizvi and Tarek Fatah are doing a great job of exposing lies and propaganda by folks like you!! As they repeatedly point out in their presentations, the verse 5:32… Read more »
