Mangaluru: Dr Veerappa Moily Inaugurates Land Trades Prestigious Project ‘Maurishka Palace’

Mangaluru: The dream project of Srinath Hebbar and one of the most prestigious projects of Land Trades, ‘Maurishka Palace’ was inaugurated at Kadri Kambla here, on May 29.

The prestigious ‘Maurishka Palace’ was inaugurated by Dr M Veerappa Moily, former Chief Minister of Karnataka and former Union Minister, by unveiling the plaque. Urmila Ramesh Kumar inaugurated Block A, and Chancellor of Yenepoya University, Mangalore Yenepoya Abdulla Kunhi, inaugurated ‘Block B’ of the project.

The programme began with an invocation. The proprietor of Land Trades Srinath Hebbar welcomed the gathering. Dr Veerappa Moily inaugurated the programme by lighting the traditional lamp along with other dignitaries.

Moily in his inaugural speech said that all the projects of Land trades have the best architecture, the entrepreneurship of its proprietor has led people to trust in these projects. “We are all born with the skills of entrepreneurship, but to make it to reality, we need passion and hope. Mangaluru has a bright future and day-by-day the city is developing and the builders have played an important role in this direction. Srinath Hebbar is constructing quality buildings and helps to develop the city with prestigious projects.” Moily also said that when a person does any projects with transparency, he will be successful in his profession and Hebbar is an living example of this.

Abdul Kunhi in his address said, “Completing a project of this magnitude in 3 years is not easy. To construct a building and sell them is a great task but for Land Trades it is an easy task. On the foundation stone laying ceremony day itself, people book the flats because people trust on the quality of his work.”

MLA J R Lobo lauded the contribution of Hebbar through Land Trades to the society. Lobo said that Hebbar is constructing quality buildings with all modern amenities and handing them over to the clients on time, which creates trust in buyers. Lobo congratulated Hebbar for completing Maurishka Palace on time and handing it over to the clients in a promised time.

Corporator DK Ashok Kumar congratulated Hebbar for his achievements. Mayor Jacintha Alfred delivered the presidential address.

Building Contractor Peter Mascarenhas, Architect Baba Alankar,  Structural Consultant Krishna Shetty, Divakar and Prasanna Madhuban  were felicitated on the occasion.

Manohar Prasad compered the programme. Mahesh Nayak delivered the vote of thanks.
