Mangaluru: Foreign currency worth Rs 54.74 lakh was seized from a passenger Kamar Mohammed Mulla, a native of Honnavar, who was travelling to Saudi via Dubai from Mangalore International Airport here on March 12.
The currencies seized by DRI officials included those of Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain and UK all worth Rs 54.74 lakh.
