Mangaluru: Addressing the media persons during the press meet held at Mangalore Press Club, Fr Richard Coelho, Administrator, FMMCH said, “The Graduation Ceremony and Institutions’ Day of Father Muller Charitable Institutions will take place on Friday, 13th March 2015 at 5.00 pm in Father Muller Stadium. 576 graduates from different streams will be celebrating their success on that day. It is a matter of pride for the institution as there are 249 students graduating from Father Muller Medical College, 100 students from Father Muller Homeopathic Medical College, 172 from Father Muller College of Nursing, 41 students from Father Muller School of Nursing and 14 students from Father Muller College of Speech and Hearing. On this occasion we also celebrate the completion of NAAC accreditation process of our 5 educational institutions with good grade.
Speaking also during the meet, Dr Jayapraksh Alva – Dean, FMMC said, “Dr K S Ravindranath, Vice Chancellor, Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences – Karnataka will be the Chief Guest, Dr Ibrahim Ahmad Bajunid, Deputy Vice Chancellor, INTI International University, Malaysia will be the Guest of Honour. Msgr Denis Moras Prabhu, Vice President of Father Muller Charitable Institutions will preside over the function. This day also marks the 174th birth anniversary of our Founder, Fr August Muller, S.J. Around 5000 people will be witnessing this meaningful and colorful event”.
Other members present on the dais were: Fr Rudolph Ravi D’Sa, Administrator, FMMC, Dr Shivaprasad K – Principal, FMHMC and Sr Winnifred D’Souza – Principal, FMCON. Dr B Sanjeev Rai – Chief of Medical services, FMCI also attended the press meet.
