Mangaluru: Two youth have been assaulted by a group at Kallapu, Ullal here on August 18.
The injured have been identified as Prithesh (28) and Kavith Poojary (27), residents of Thokkottu.
According to the police, when Prithesh and Kavith were on their way home on their Ritz car, at Kallapu, a mini pick-up overtook their vehicle and soon after the driver of the pick-up got into an arguement with Prithesh and Kavith. After sometime other persons from the pick-up joined in and assaulted Prithesh and Kavith.
Prithesh and Kavith have been admitted to the hospital. A case has been registered in the Ullal police station.
