Mangaluru: Department of Pathology, K S Hegde Medical Academy, Deralakatte, organized the IV State Level Pathology Quiz at the college auditorium, here on March 13. More than 45 Medical Colleges all over Karnataka participated in this State Level unique Quiz event.
Dr Chatura, Professor of Pathology, JJM Medical College, Davangere was the Quiz Master.
Dr Sateesh Bhandary, Dean, K S Hegde Medical Academy (KSHEMA) was the Presiding Officer of the valedictory function of the State level Pathology Quiz Programme. Dr Jayaprakash Shetty K, Registrar (KSHEMA) and Professor and HOD, Pathology was the Chief Guest. Dr Ramdas Nayak, President, Indian Association of Pathologists and Microbiologists – Karnataka Chapter, Bangalore, was the Guest of Honour.
The Ist Prize was bagged by ESI, Medical College, Bangalore.
The IInd Prize was bagged by K.S.Hegde Medical Academy, Mangalore.
The IIIrd Prize was bagged by Govt. Medical College, Bangalore.
Dr Kishan Prasad, Organizing Secretary and Dr Reba Varghese, President, KCIAPM-SK Unit compered the Programme. More than 250 Postgraduates participated in this Programme.
