Mangaluru: Late MLA’s Son’s House in Ullal Broken into – Huge Loss Reported

Mangaluru: Thieves broke into a house located in Mastikatte near Ullal which belongs to Bolumbada Matha Badruddin, son of the late poet and MLA B M Idinabba in the late hours of Friday, Apr 10.

The members of the family had locked the house and gone to attend a function around 7-30 pm. When they returned by about 10 pm, the theft was noticed.

Informed sources said that the loss was quite huge. Rs 40,000 in cash and 75 sovereign gold are among things taken away. Full details of the stolen items were not immediately available.

A case has been registered at Ullal police station.
