Thank you, Most Rt.Rev. Bishop Aloysius for your wise leadership in organizing so many new changes in allocating so many priests to different Parishes under the Mangalore Diocese. Lots of burdens and responsibilities that go into these selections and decisions, and God’s help is always the best source of inner guidance. Allocation of suitable personnel in different important assignments is a task that is tough an delicate in any discipline that involves Human Resources.
