Mangaluru: The launching of “Landmark Green County”, an affordable sea view apartment from Landmark Infratech, was held opposite Brook Ville Layout, Bolar here on April 11.
The programme began with an invocation. MLA J R Lobo launched the project. MUDA Chairman, Ibrahim Kodijal, released the brochure on the occasion.
Addressing the gathering, Lobo said. “This project will add beauty to Mangaluru city.” Lobo further said that in Mangaluru, so far there are no cases of the clients being cheated by the builders. “Most of the builders are constructing quality buildings with modern amenities and handing them over to the clients on time. They not only build quality buildings, but also play a vital role in the development of Mangaluru city.” Lobo also said that when builders complete their projects working with transparency, obtaining clearance certificate should not be difficult for them.
Lobo also said that Mangaluru city is developing fast and builders contribute a lot in the development of the city. “Any department or organization cannot grow without the support of the people. It is our duty to support those who contribute to the development of the city. They should be supported by providing necessary help and support to carry out their work.”
Ibrahim Kodijal and K S Mohammed Masood also spoke on the occasion. Former deputy mayor Kavitha Vasu, the architect of the project Manoj Ladhad, President of CREDAI D B Mehta, Managing Director of Landmark Infratech G Shabbir, Co-promoter Abdul Rasheed and others were also present.
Marketing Manager of Landmark Infratech, Abid Hussian, delivered the vote of thanks. Sahil Zahir compered the programme.
