Mangaluru: Miscreants damaged the worship centre of St Joseph Vaz by pelting stones at Kotekar Paneer here on February 24 night.
It is said that the miscreants who sit in the area late night must have pelted stones to the statue of Mother Mary and damaged the glass.
Health and family welfare minister U T Khader visited the spot. ACP Shaker Shetty, Sub Inspector Bharati and other police officials also visited the spot for further investigations.
