Mangaluru: Shashi (21), a resident of Moorukatte in Kumpala on the outskirts, has been accused of abducting a 16-year-old girl, studying in SSLC in a school in Kolya.
She had gone missing since she left for school on Feb 20. When the family members made enquiries, they came to know that Shashi, working as a welder, had befriended her in the recent past while she was going to school.
The suspicion was confirmed as Shashi was also found to be missing since around the same date. The parents have filed a complaint against him. He is said to be an active member of Bajrang Dal.
The Ullal police took some of his friends into custody and gathered information. But nothing about his whereabouts was known. The police are pursuing the case.

This is the same media that doesn’t even disclose the names in mangaluru vimaana nildaana incidents, let alone their political affiliations!!!
