Porvorim-Goa: Xavier Centre of Historical Research in association with Socorro Socio-Art and Cultural Association, Porvorim is organizing “THE AMBEACHEM FEST” at its premises on May 10th, Sunday, at 4.30 pm sharp.
Ambeachem Fest is a low cost eco-friendly community-based festival. The aim of this festival is to highlight the various uses of Mangoes in Goan culture and dwell into our socio-cultural roots. Home-made Mango delicacies and other delectable Goan dishes will be available at khompteos (Stalls) around the venue.
What’s more, there’ll be live demonstrations, guest speakers, Goan cultural performances and lots of fun. Come with your family and friends for a fun-based evening of learning new things and interacting with new faces, all based on the “Ambo”.
