Chennai, Dec 28 (IANS) The principal shooting of filmmaker Mani Ratnam’s upcoming Tamil romantic-drama “Kaatru Veliyidai” has been wrapped up with the completion of the last schedule in Belgrade, Europe.
The schedule was completed earlier this week.
“The entire talkie portion has been completed. As planned initially, the team will spend the next couple of months on post-production and gear up for theatrical release in March,” a source from the film’s unit told IANS.
Starring Karthi and Aditi Rao Hydari, the film features music by A.R. Rahman, and the soundtrack is expected to be release in January next year.
There are also rumours that Karthi and Mani Ratnam might reunite for another project.
Clarifying that, the source said: “They’ve just discussed the possibility of coming together again. They don’t have a story yet, so it might or might not happen.”
