MBA Student Rajesha T Mathew Recruited by Kingdom University, Bahrain
Mangaluru: Rajesha T Mathew, 2nd year MBA student has been recruited by Kingdom University, the Kingdom of Bahrain for the position of “Specialist in Accreditation and Quality Assurance Office”.
Kingdom University offers Bachelor and Master’s programs in Law, Business Administration, Literature, Architecture Engineering & Design and Rajesh would be deployed to work closely with the Vice-President of the University for Accreditation.
Rajesh has been recognised for his exceptional MBA Internship Project on “Application of Lev & Schwartz Compensation model on the Human Resource Accounting practices of MCF Limited”. His study focused on the practical implementation of Human Resource accounting in order to measure the worth of the employees of an organization, annual change in the employees worth, employee value add to the firm, return on human resource value and rewritten the balance sheet by incorporating human resource value, under the Guidance of Dr Vishal Samartha, Director, Department of Business Administration.
Rajesh had a work experience of one year at Larsen & Toubro, Mysore. He is a B.Sc Graduate and has pursued MBA in Dual Specialization – Marketing & HR.
