MDMA worth Rs 45k seized; one arrested
Mangaluru: CCB sleuths have arrested an accused, who was transporting MDMA worth Rs 45,000 in an autorickshaw on Thursday.
The accused is Thouseef alias Thouchi,23, a resident of Bajal.
Police said that a raid was conducted based on a tip-off that the accused was selling MDMA to college students and the public in an autorickshaw near Coelho Lane in Falnir.
The CCB team seized 9g of MDMA, a mobile phone, a digital weighing machine, and an autorickshaw worth Rs 5.1 lakh from the accused.
