Minister Gadkari’s Secretary Issues Deadline to Navyug for Completion of Pumpwell Flyover
Mangaluru: Vaibhav Dange the secretary of Union road transport minister Nitin Gadkari arrived in Mangaluru to inspect the progress in the work of Pumpwell flyover on February 28.
Vaibhav Dange was accompanied by the MP of Dakshina Kannada Nalin Kumar Kateel and MLA of Mangaluru South Constituency Vedavyas Kamath.
Vaibhav inspected the flyover and set a deadline to the Navyug company to complete the Pumpwell flyover work by May 2019.
At the same time, he also advised the concerned authorities to take measures for the smooth movement of the traffic under the flyover until the construction work is completed.

The flyover is a good 1 metre shorter than the normal required 5.5 metre. Is anything going to be done about this? Or we expect some more mishaps of high vehicles?
