Minister Kota Srinivas under Self-quarantine after C M Tests Positive for Coronavirus
Udupi: A day after chief minister B S Yediyurappa tested positive for coronavirus and was admitted to a private hospital, DK District Minister In-charge Kota Srinivas Poojary has also gone under home quarantine as he had met BSY on July 30.
Speaking to Mangalorean.com over the phone, Kota Srinivas Poojary said, “I had met BSY on July 30 for an official meeting. Since five days, I did not have any symptoms of the COVID. To follow the protocol, I have isolated myself at my Kota house for a few days. On Tuesday I am going to take a test, and if my report is negative, I will continue my work as usual”.
Chief Minister B S Yediyurappa tested positive for COVID-19 on Sunday following which he was admitted to Manipal Hospital in Bengaluru.
