MLA Lobo and CTW Joe Gonsalves Inaugurate INLAND Scion

Mangaluru: The “Inland Scion”, a prestigious residential project was inaugurated by MLA J R Lobo and Chief Traffic Warden Joe Gonsalves at Highlands here on January 29.

The residential apartment project “INLAND Scion” was inaugurated by MLA J R Lobo and CTW Joe Gonsalves by unveiled the plaque and cutting the ribbon.

Marketing Manager of INLAND group Ullas Kadri welcomed the gathering. Addressing the gathering Joe Gonsalves said, “Siraj is a successful man because of his hard work and dedication. Siraj started his career at the age of 25 in a small office and was managing it single-handed. Later on, he moved to a bigger office and by his hard work he has reached to a much greater height.”

Joe further said, “Siraj is the promoter of one of the tallest building in Mangaluru and has received 5 awards. Today we have all gathered here to collectively recognize and bless Siraj for his efforts. INLAND Scion is a testimony of Siraj’s talent and efforts. His unique style of creating maximum facilities in his buildings provides happy homes to a number of families. Siraj is an illustrious builder, his work has helped many families to earn their daily bread. On behalf of the gathering, I wish Siraj all the very best.”

MLA J R Lobo speaking on the occasion said, “I would like to congratulate Siraj for his beautiful building to Mangaluru. After seeing the building INLAND Scion, I felt that the USA is in Mangaluru, we have all the amenities here in Mangaluru. Many people travel to the USA or other countries, instead of going abroad we should bring those who are abroad to Mangaluru. One of the facilities which Siraj has provided is the solid waste management disposal unit which is excellent. The MCC will have less work if all the builders follow Siraj and provide such facilities. I appreciate the innovative thinking of Siraj, he has become an icon since he has given 38 buildings to Mangaluru city. All of Siraj’s buildings are excellent with all the modern amenities.”

Lobo further said, “I had been to Goa but most of the flats there are not up to our expectations. The common area of the building in Goa has been neglected. In Mangaluru builders give special attention during the construction to meet their clients expectations. I must thank the builder’s fraternity for beautifying the city. My only request is, I am very much interested in protecting the interest of the people. Unless investment comes to Mangaluru and we have a friendly attitude towards the investors, our investment will not be safe nor will it pay dividends, be it IT, tourism or any business. Let us become investor friendly. If anyone comes forward to invest in Mangaluru, let us go one step forward so that the investors feel that they invited to do business and are safe here. We need to develop infrastructure in Mangaluru. Let us all make Mangaluru an investment friendly city and a place for employment to our Youth”.

Jagadish Adhikari, Corporator Rauf and CREDAI President D B Mehta also spoke on the occasion.

The Chairman and Managing director of Inland group Siraj Ahmed delivered the vote of thanks.
