MLA Lobo Inaugurates Land Trades ‘Aashna’ Residential Apartments at Yemmekere

Mangaluru: MLA J R Lobo inaugurated the Land Trades residential apartments “Aashna”, at Yemmekere here on November 6.

MLA Lobo inaugurated “Aashna” the residential Apartments by lighting the traditional lamp along with other dignitaries. Addressing the gathering Lobo said, “I congratulate Srinath Hebbar for completing Aashna residential project in 15 months. Many times builders take the advance amount from the customers and do not deliver the flats on time causing much inconvenience to people who invest trusting the builder. But in Hebbar’s case, he always keeps his promise and completing the project within the promised time, more over Srinath never compromises on quality. Hebbar’s apartments are like hot cakes which sell without marketing.”

Lobo further said, “The Yemmekere area has been developed and now a swimming pool of international standards will come up in this area at a cost of Rs 6 crore. Whoever has purchased the flats in Aashna will be lucky because once the swimming pool project will be completed the value of the apartments in the area will increase. Everyone dreams to have his/her own house where they can live in a protective environment with peace and freedom. When there is prayer, love, understanding and service, such families will prosper and in turn, help in the development of the society”.

Recalling the contribution of Srinath Hebbar Lobo said, “Hebbar has contributed a lot to the development of the city. He has completed 34 projects in 24 years of business starting Land Trades. The sad part today facing us is, the Corporation Bank which originated in this district is going to be shifted to Bengaluru, the directors of the bank are planning to shift the head office to Bengaluru and if they succeed our economic growth will be in trouble. We should all join hands to retain the bank in Mangaluru”.

Corporator Premanand Shetty speaking on the occasion said, “Whenever there construction work going on in the ward, people come and complaint to the corporator. But in Srinath’s case, till date I have not received any complaint instead the people of this area are very happy because the road in this area is also widened and developed by Srinath Hebbar. The work which the MCC should have carried out it is done by Srinath with his own expenses”. Premanand congratulated Srinath Hebbar and wished him all the success.

Manohar Prasad compered the programme. Chairman of Land Trades Srinath Hebbar, former mayor Sashidhar Hegde, Corporator Ashok Kumar and others were also present.
