MLA Lobo Inaugurates Land Trades Melody at Bendore
Mangaluru: The inauguration of the Prestigious project Land Trades Melody promoted by Land Trades Builders and Developers was held near St Theresa’s School, Bendore here on June 4.
The religious priest from Kadri Temple Shanker Bhat performed the Puja and Parish Priest of St Sebastian Church Fr Antony Serrao blessed the premises. The project was inaugurated by MLA of Mangaluru South Constituency J R Lobo by lighting the traditional lamp along with other dignitaries.

Constructing buildings is not only a business for Hebbar but through his buildings, he has been beautifying Mangaluru City”.
Lobo further said, “Land Trades Melody is Hebbar’s 18th completed project out of the 34. The contribution of Hebbar to the Mangaluru City is tremendous. He has constructed world class buildings and has been able to sell them while they are still under construction since Hebbar has won the trust of his clients by delivering quality apartments on time.”
Corporator Sabitha Misquith, Naveen D’Souza, Ashok D K and Former Mayor Sashidhar Hegde also spoke on the occasion. Chairman of Land Trades, Srinath Hebbar was also present.
Manohar Prasad compered the programme and delivered the vote of thanks.
“…he has been beautifying Mangaluru City” – Report quoting local MLA.
Glad to see him spend time in yet another ‘udhghatana samarambha’ and another ‘beautification’ project. The lesser important things like ‘swachcha mangalooru’ can be done by some monks and volunteers. Also, remember to blame it all on MCC if there are any issues with city infrastructure. Smaaaaaaaaaart city filled with smaaaaaaaart people.
