MLA Lobo Lays Foundation to Land Trades ‘Celena Heights’ Apartments
Speaking to mangalorean.com MLA Lobo said, “Today we have laid the foundation stone for ‘Celena Heights’ Apartments at Kottara Chowki. This project has 124 apartments on 1.05 acres of land. It is a 16 storey building in the heart of the city. Land Trades is very popular for quality construction and handing over the projects on time. ‘Celena Heights’ Apartments will be an added project for the development of the city. Let the construction work go on smoothly and the project complete on time.”
Speaking to mangalorean.com Chairman of Land Trades Builders & Developers Srinath Hebbar said, “In the industry, we are using the best available contractors for the construction work. We have formed three teams for checking the quality of work so that we can hand over the best apartments to our customers. We are doing everything to give the best quality buildings within the scheduled time. The construction will complete in 30 months. The project ‘Celena Heights’ offers 124 flats in 2BHK and 3BHK variants. The 2BHK flats are available in 1125 sq. ft., 1235 sq. ft.,1330sq.ft. and the 3BHK options are 1355, 1600 & 1620 sq. ft.”
