MLA Vedavyas Files Rs 5 Crore Defamation Suit Against Sunil Bajilakeri
Mangaluru: The MLA of Mangalore South Constituency Vedavyas Kamath has filed a defamation suit of Rs 5 crore against Sunil Bajilakeri for defaming him on the social media.
Sunil Bajilakeri was continuously posting videos on social media against MLA Vedavyas Kamath alleging that he is involved in corruption. In this connection, MLA Vedavyas approached his advocate M Chidanand Kedilaya and filed a defamation suit of Rs 5 Crore in the Sessions Court. He has also applied for a stay against Sunil Bajilakeri from posting any videos against him on social media.
MLA Vedavyas Kamath has paid Rs 5 lakh fees to the court while filing the defamation suit of Rs 5 crore.
The judge heard the case and issued a stay order against Sunil Bajilakeri from posting any videos in connection to MLA Vedavyas Kamath on social media.
This is a new tricks adopted by BJP to silence the critics….hope Sunil will be able to fight the case and provide the proof and win the case
