MMA organizes Talk on ‘Proposed Model to Connect Investors & Start-Ups
Mangaluru: MMA {Mangaluru Management Association} in collaboration with SDM College of Business Management Post Graduate Centre for Management Studies and Research, Mangaluru organized a talk on “A PROPOSED MODEL TO CONNECT INVESTORS & START UPS” by Dawn Prakash, Asst. Prof. SDM PG Centre, Mangaluru on 29th August 2018. He proposed a wonderful model which will connect Investors and Start-ups as well as entrepreneurs for which MMA will act like a platform to connect them. MMA has been functioning now around 50 years which is part of All India Management Association (AIMA).
This model will encourage and mentor more students and the youth which will not only help them but also will help our society in a big way creating more employment opportunities and also getting investments. This model will also try to tie up with various 3rd parties like Government bodies, Industrialists, Organizations etc… creating awareness and guiding the budding entrepreneurs. The talk was followed with an interactive session with the members, corporate professionals, and students.
K. Jairaj B. Rai, Vice President of MMA welcomed the gathering and also introduced the Chief Guest. Dr. Devaraj K. Fellow Member AIMA gave the Presidential Address. Dr. Seema S. Shenoy – Director SDM PG Centre gave away a memento to the Chief Guest, Smt. Gayathri Babu Joint Secretary, MMA compered the program and also proposed the vote of thanks.
