Modi Giving Colourful Baloons of Hope to People, but Achievements Zero – Rai
Mangaluru: “The NDA government led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi has completed three years in power. Every time the Modi government gives colourful balloons of hope in the hands of people. In three years of the BJP government led by Modi we have heard only speeches, false hopes and zero achievements. When the UPA was in power, the BJP always opposed the GST but now the NDA government without any problem is passing the GST Bill. BJP has failed to bring the Jan Lokpal bill”, said the district minister in-charge B Ramanath Rai in a press meet held at the DCC office Mallikatta here on May 27.
Addressing the mediapersons Ramanath Rai said, “When Modi came to power, he assured to create 2 crore jobs. But instead of creating jobs, people are losing their jobs because of the note ban. According to the survey by Recruitment Agency, Head Hunters India reported that in three years the IT sector will cut down 6 lakh jobs. In 2015, Prime Minister Modi created only 1.35 lakh jobs instead of the 2 crore jobs he had promised. When the UPA was in power we had created 9.30 lakh jobs. If we compare the achievement of the BJP with UPA, the achievement of the BJP is zero, they are now giving colourful balloons in people’s hand.”
Rai further said, “The prime minister had also said that through the note ban he will eliminate corruption, curb Naxalism and terrorism. But through the Note ban, PM Modi is unable to solve the Kashmir problem. In the name of Gaurakshak, Gaubhakshak and cow trafficking have created communal violence in the country. Modi’s foreign policy and a selfie with world leaders and speeches in foreign countries have continued to increase his popularity. Nepal is turning towards Pakistan and Russia is going away from India. First time after 70 years Russia and Pak are jointly carrying out military exercise.”
Rai also said, “The UPA government had started the national skill development corporation, which the NDA government changed into Skill India. During the release of funds for drought, Mahadayi water distribution or any other issues the BJP government led by Modi is giving step motherly treatment to the Karnataka state government. The BJP government has also neglected the reservation for women,” said Rai.
