Modi Government failed in National Security and Economic Policies: Moily

The party workers together with the leaders should put in their honest efforts in strengthening the party. D K and Udupi Districts were the strong pillars of the Congress party in the past, the party workers should work hard in strengthening the party in the district to regain power in the twin districts. The Congress government in Karnataka is working effectively for the development of the district, all the schemes launched are reaching the beneficiaries.
The Narendra Modi-led NDA government in the centre is witnessing failure over national security and poor economic policies. The economic condition is ruining the country, but the PM has limited himself to speeches.
Rajyasabha MP Oscar Fernandes said that the party should be strengthened from rural units by inducting more youth and promoting youth congress effectively.
MLC Pratapchandra Shetty, MA Gafoor, Former MLA Gopal Bhandary, Basavaraj, CMC President Meenakshi Madhav Bannaje, Veronica Cornelio, Krishnaraj Saralaya, Satish Amin, Sunil Bangera, S Narayan, MP Mohiudeen and others were present. MLA Gopal Poojary welcomed the gathering, Narasimhamurthy compered the programme.
Exhibiting the pictures of Nehru/ Gandhi family and worshipping for what they accomplished in the past is no solution to the current problems of Congress. Unless the party works at grass root level and identify leaders who could lead the country to fame through bipartisanship, honesty, and integrity, the future looks dim for the party. Rahul is no solution nor his sister and it is a shame that Congress can’t find anyone other than Nehru/Gandhi family in country loaded with intellectuals and honest and great leaders.
