USA: Bellevision USA invites all Mangalorean Catholic Families and their friends in New England to celebrate Monti Fest (Solemn Feast of the Nativity of our Blessed Mother) and Novem Jevon on Sunday, 4th September 2016 at St Mary’s Church, 25 North Road, Chelmsford MA 01824. (suburbs of Boston MA)

Devotion to the Blessed Mother begins at 3:30 pm with floral offerings at the Marian Grotto followed by Holy Eucharistic celebrations at 4:00 pm in the Church.

We encourage all children to bring flowers as floral offerings to Mother Mary. Also, we request you to bring homegrown vegetables as part of the offertory.

After the Mass, please gather for the Celebrations and Novem Jevon in the Parish Hall (lower Level).

On this occasion, we welcome Norbert Pereira, well known Konkani singer and composer, Music Maestro Adrian Gomes and Konkani’s Dream Boy Rony Dcunha who will be joined by their family members to entertain us with Konkani songs and music.

On the occasion of Nativity Feast we are pleased to announce that Norbert Pereira a well known Konkani Singer and composer will be performing on the 4th Sept 2016 at the St Mary’s Church Hall, Chelmsford, MA, USA, on 10th Sept 2016 at Somerset, New Jersey and on 11th Sept 2016 in Houston.

Norbert Pereira, well known Konkani singer and composer has created a niche for himself in Konkani music world through his unique, innovative and creative compositions. Based in Qatar and despite being away from Mangalore for long, has remained in the hearts of Konkani buffs through his melodious and memorable compositions. Some of his compositions such as ‘Rita Mojha Moga’, ‘Prathver Kallok Mandtana’, ‘Mira Mira’, ‘Maria’, ‘Paavs’, ‘Shethkar’, ‘Dees ami Ashelho’ & “Do Re Me” etc have gained popularity and have brought in a name and fame to him and have proved his immense talent.

For his melodious songs and music contribution, Konkani Catholic Association (KCA) of Mysore awarded him with title “Konkenecho Sangeeth Kuvoor”. He is popularly known as Nobby has made the world of Konkani music richer and more proud.

Norbert has performed several shows in Mangalore, Mysore, Doha and Kuwait and has so far released 6 Konkani Albums which has soothing music & melodies to win hearts of Konkani music lovers.

He is looking forward to performing first time in the US for Konkani community of Boston, New Jersey and Houston along with his wife Nancy, well known Konkani singer Rony D’Cunha, and music maestro Adrian Gomes.
