Moon Sighted in Kerala, Eid-al-Fitr to be Celebrated on June 15
Mangaluru: Eid-al-Fitr will be celebrated on Friday, June 15 as the crescent Eid Moon was sighted in Kerala on Thursday, June 14.
Eid-al-Fitr will be celebrated in Dakshina Kannada and Udupi on June 15.
Following the confirmation of the moon being sighted in Kerala, the Qazi of Dakshina Kannada Twaqa Ahmed Musliyar has informed the Muslim Fraternity in Udupi and DK to celebrate Eid-al-Fitr on June 15.
