Mother Commits Suicide with Two Daughters on Railway Track
Shivamogga: A mother and her daughters committed suicide by lying on the railway track near Harige here on August 9.
The deceased have been identified as Umadevi (40), and her daughters Chithra (16) and Swathi (14), from D R Colony, Ashok Nagar Shivamogga.
It is suspected that family dispute might be the reason for the extreme step. Railway police have reached the spot and shifted the bodies to the government hospital for post-mortem.
A case has been registered in the Shivamogga Railway police station.
