MP Nalin Visits Pumpwell Flyover to Examine Damage
Mangaluru: After the news spread about the cracks that developed in the Pumpwell flyover within just four months of its inauguration, MP Nalin Kumar Kateel along with the NHAI officials and Engineers visited the flyover to examine the damage on May 1.
After visiting the flyover, MP Nalin directed the NHAI officers to inspect the damage to the flyover and submit the report.
The NHAI official said, “The mud that was filled during the construction of the road gave way leading to a small crack which we have already repaired. The crack has not caused any damage to the flyover.”
MP Nalin Kumar Kateel ordered to form a third party team to examine the flyover and submit the report.
