MP Shobha and Nalin meet Home and Defense Ministers, seek Helicopter support to Trace Siddharth
Udupi: Udupi MP Shobha Karandlaje and DK MP Nalin Kumar Kateel met the union home minister Amith Shah and Defence Minister Rajnath Singh and sought help of the Central Govt to trace the missing businessman V G Siddharth.
The Press Release from the MP’s Office said that, Siddarth founder of Cafe Coffee day and many others ventures is a resident of Udupi-Chikkamagaluru Constituency.
The renowned businessman Siddharth is found to be missing since Monday, July 29 from Dakshina Kannada District. The State Government has already started the search operations at the Netravati bridge area. Since it is raining heavily in coastal Karnataka, the Water level in the river has risen. Heavy rains and the weather conditions is causing problems in the search operations.
The MP has requested to deploy the Coastal Guard, Central forces and helicopters in this search operations to trace V G Siddharth.
