Multilingual Actor Sampath Raj visits Sri Krishna Math Udupi
Udupi: Multi-language actor Sampath Raj on Friday, October 27 visited Sri Krishna Math and offered prayers.
Sampath Raj made a ‘darshan’ of Sri Krishna deity through the historic Kanaka Navagraha window on the occasion.
In the absence of Prayaya Sri Vishwesha Theertha Swamiji, Pejawar Math Diwan Raghuram Acharya felicitated Sampath Raj on the occasion.
Sampath Raj Kumar is an Indian film actor who works primarily in Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam films. He is quite popular in the Kannada film industry too. His mother tongue is Tamil. He is best known for appearing in director Venkat Prabhu’s comedy trilogy, consisting of Chennai 600028, Saroja and Goa. He has also acted in supporting roles in various other films. He is mostly known for negative roles. He played a brief role as Ekambram in Malgudi Days for the episode ‘Neighbours Help’, which was directed by Kavitha Lankesh.
