Mumbai: The Vasai – Dahanu local committee of Bunts Sangha organized a free medical camp at Galaxy Hotel Hall, Nalasopara West recently.
After the inauguration, in his speech Karnere Vishwanath Shetty, president of Bunts Sangha, briefed on the contribution of Bunts Sangha towards education and health. He expressed his happiness and said that the local committee is helping not only the Bunts community but also the people of other communities through the medical camp.
The ambulance facility was inaugurated for the local Tulu-Kannadigas by Umesh Naik, Vasai – Virar Municipal Council Sabhagrah Sena. He assured his support and cooperation for such causes which help the common people.
Chairman of the health committee, Dr Ratnakar Shetty said in addition to the medical check up, necessary care in respect of physical and mental health will also be taken.
Lata Jayaram Shetty (Chairperson of Ladies Wing), Mundappa Payyade, Kishore Shetty Kuttiyar, Karnire Shridhar Shetty, Vishwanath P Shetty, Mohan Shetty, Vijaya M Shetty, Praveen Shetty, Manjula Shetty, Shamita Shetty, Arun Shetty, Vijaya Bhandary were present.
