Murder Attempt on Meat Vendor at Thokkottu, Two Injured
Mangaluru: A meat vendor was assaulted by miscreants at Olapete, Thokkottu here on June 18 late night.
The injured has been identified as Nazeer (47), a resident of Halekote, Thokkottu.
According to sources on June 18 late night, two persons came on a bike and assaulted Nazeer with sharp weapons. Nazeer was injured in the incident and is admitted to a private hospital in Deralakatte.
A family dispute is said to be the reason for the attack. The Ullal police have visited the spot and investigation is on.
