Yes – Pray to imaginary god for rains. Once the monsoon season starts, offer ‘seeyaala abhisheka’ or ‘ksheera abhisheka’ to stop rains. Meanwhile, do nothing to improve water storage and distribution network. India is the mother ship of ignorant people.

Lalit Modi, Vijay Mal-leykey-gaya, Zakir Naik etc. When things get heated up, these scurry to England, which has gained a reputation for being a haven for undesirables. Most of India gets heavy rains during monsoons, which flows away as waste. Come summer, then we cry about water shortage.

Educated netas, preferably technocrats (and not babas and swamies), who are capable of writing fluently both in English and mother-tongue should be sent to Israel to study water harvesting and irrigation techniques and submit reports, technical drawings and photos. Israel are also leaders in solar technology and Indians can extensively tap this source of energy.

Water problems can be solved easily.
