Udupi: Sri Rama Sene chief Pramod Muthalik has urged the Paryaya Swamiji Shree Vishwesha Teertha of Pejawar Math to engage in a dialogue with Chief Minister Siddaramaiah and Home Minister Parameshwar to revoke the ban on him from attending programmes in the state.
On his visit to Shree Krishna Math on May 7 and later in a meeting with Shree Vishwesha Teertha Swamiji, the SRS chief made the request to the Paryaya Swamiji following several restrictions and bans against him by the congress government.
Later speaking to the media persons, Muthalik said that the state government has been attacking him and his organization by banning his entry to some of the places in the state and not permitting him to hold programmes. He also said that he has requested the Pejawar Swamiji to have a word with the CM and Home Minister in this regard. He also urged religious institutions to help the people through the water crisis.
