Q: Since “Karaali” is your debut film, What have you learned from entering into stardom?
It’s definitely a dream come true moment for any artist to get into film Industry, it was my dream too; all I can say is that ‘Karaali’ has been my awesome experience and definitely been my ” love at first sight movie”, which I’ll always adore and remember forever
Q: Was it your childhood dream to become an actor? Was it your own decision or someone motivated/influenced you to get into movies?
I am an artist since my childhood, I have sketched, painted, acted, written scripts performed Yakshagana etc; and definitely it’s my heart and soul decision in whatever I have done or achieved so far. It was all possible just because I have loved doing it, according to me one will definitely succeed in something one loves to do, just that he or she shouldn’t give up, plus importantly not lose patience.
Q: What made you step into acting in movies? Are you planning to make movies your full-time profession or you have other options? Apart from being a budding actor, are you considering any other work to keep you busy?
For an actor, movies are life ; by which an actor breathes: on the other hand movies must always be considered as a passion and as a hobby to which one can give heart and soul to emerge as a great actor : keep an alternative too : finally one will succeed in that what your destiny leads to.
Q: How was it like taking part in India’s biggest reality show “India’s Got Talent’ in the year 2011? Are you trying for yet another luck on that show?
All thanks go to Pramod Alva “King of Indian Mythology” who’s ideas concepts and performance are always appreciated, it’s all because of him I had played a major role of “Lord Shiva” in his contemporary dance sequence “Shiv tandav” the dance which took us to finals of IGT. If I get one more chance, I will surely take part in IGT.
Q: Who has been your biggest strength in your life? What are your limitation as an actor?
My parents and elder brother stand at the top when it comes to my strengths in whatever I have achieved so far they have always been my strength and have never stopped me from anything so for ; I believe it’s just because I have never broken their trust, plus I am sure that they always believe whatever I do and achieve. I stand at the right path always no matter what!
Q: What does ‘Karaali” mean, and what is your role in this movie, narrate in brief?

My first love 😉 Anchoring: I just love doing it
Q: Are you considering eyeing more into Bollywood or even Coastalwood?

Q: What does stardom mean to you?
Everyone can go behind it, but a stardom can only stay with ones who knows where and how they come from. After entering to stardom nothing has changed in me-I am the same person like I was before. Yes I do feel proud that people notice and recognize ..but nevertheless I still maintain a good rapport with everyone around me.
Q: Do you think glamour plays an important role in the success of films?
Never, it’s not the glamour it’s definitely a skill of an actor to first know what a script demands then to act accordingly-looks comes secondary, first comes a talent to understand the pulse of what is been expected by an actor and how he adopts oneself to the role and makes a role come to life .
