Naresh Shenoy’s Bail Plea rejected in High Court

Bengaluru: The anticipatory bail plea of the prime accused Naresh Shenoy in the Vinayak Baliga murder case has been rejected by the High Court here, on June 8.

RTI Activist Vinayak Baliga was murdered by contract killers on March 21 at Kodialbail when he was on his way to the temple early in the morning. The police have arrested 5 of the accused in this case and search is on for the main accused Naresh Shenoy, who has been absconding since March 21.
The case was argued by Advocate Shyam Sundar on behalf of Naresh Shenoy while Raveendranath Kamath contested the case on behalf of the victim.

This guy reminds me so much of those social workers who went absconding after illegally demolishing a house. Why would go underground if you have nothing to hide ???? LOL
