You need to think about yourself before pointing at others or criticizing them; 2) Don’t try to change anybody, including your spouse. Remember it is hard to change your spouse, and if you try to, you will land in arguments; 3) Don’t compare yourself with anybody. Everyone is unique, and they have their own status. The important thing in life is positive thinking. Your thinking is your future. Therefore think positively, think of your better future and not the past. These days we are all addicted to electronic gadgets, which ruin our health. We need to use these gadgets wisely, and not abuse them. Lab medicine has become an important part in our life. ‘Always Be Happy in Life! Also Never Try to Change Anyone, Even Your Spouse‘ – Dr.Nayak

Sounds like Dr.Nayak is a veteran war horse who has fought far too many domestic battles and eventually given up. I can only empathise. Moderns spouses are more often than not ಕ್ಷಣ ಚಿತ್ತಂ, ಕ್ಷಣ ಪಿತ್ತಂ.
