New Book ‘Migrate Goa’ Launched
Kuwait: Taking advantage of some of the amazing technology available, Gasper Crasto, a Goan based in Kuwait has self-published his new book titled ‘Migrate Goa’.
The 238-page book had a destination-style launch in Kuwait near the famous Kuwait Towers – at the hands of popular Goans Agnello Fernandes, Bosco Leitao, and Carmo Santos, well-known for their involvement in the social and sports field.
‘Migrate Goa’, a fiction book, contains 4 amazing stories – entwined in satirical humour and compelling ideology.
Revealing the launch on his birthday, author Mr Crasto stated, “The ‘title’ story of ‘Migrate Goa’ gives an insight into what the impending dawn could bring to one of the most loved and visited places in India and the world over – My Great Goa.”
‘First Night’, ‘Plots for sale in beautiful Goa’, and ‘Every heart has a story’ are other stories in the book. Gasper has fondly dedicated the book to his loving brother and sister – Gabriel Crasto and Candida Madeira.
Crasto, further added, “The stories stand for every human, more importantly for the universal Goan – particularly those who are abroad –for their emotions, their desires and expectations.”
This is Gasper Crasto’s second book after his short novel ‘A rose is not just a rose,’ available on Amazon since 2018.
Expressing his intention behind the book, Crasto said “Goan readers need to understand that much literature is produced by authors from other states, but little by Goans. This book is my effort in this regard.”
MIGRATE GOA is available on Flipkart, and on Amazon. ₹650/- in India | €14.23 – UK| $14.90 – USA.
