Ninety-seven Persons Test Positive For Coronavirus in DK on July 3
Mangaluru: According to the district health bulletin, ninety-seven persons have tested positive for the Coronavirus in Dakshina Kannada district on July 3.
Out of the ninety-seven positive cases, three persons had returned from Saudi Arabia and Dubai. Twenty-five persons had contracted the disease from patient number 10298, 14329, 14320, 9588, 14351, 17082, 17119, and 10558 respectively. Twenty-eight persons, contacts are under tracing (community random sample)
Twenty-eight are suffering from influenza-like illness (ILI). The health officials are tracing the contacts of thirteen others.
All the ninety-seven persons have been shifted to the designated COVID hospital for further treatment.
Meanwhile, twenty-six persons were also discharged from the hospital after complete recovery.
