NIPM Mangaluru is set to host Vice-Chancellors Conclave 2025 in Mangaluru

Mangaluru: The National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM), Mangaluru Chapter, is set to host the Vice-Chancellors Conclave 2025 on 16th February 2025 at 6.30 PM at Hotel Ocean Pearl, Mangaluru. This event will bring together academic leaders, industry experts, and key stakeholders to discuss education, skill development, and industry-academia collaboration. The conclave aims to bridge the gap between educational institutions and corporate requirements, ensuring that universities play a crucial role in shaping future-ready professionals.

Transforming India@2047 into a Global Hub of Knowledge Education is the theme of the conclave and focuses on curriculum innovation, emerging technologies, and workforce preparedness in a rapidly evolving economy. The conclave will witness the participation of eminent Vice-Chancellors and academic leaders, including:

• Dr. S. Vidyashankar, Vice-Chancellor, VTU Belagavi

• Prof. P.L. Dharma, Vice-Chancellor, Mangalore University

• Lt. Gen. (Dr.) M.D. Venkatesh, Vice-Chancellor, MAHE, Manipal

The event will also feature the official launch of “HRConnect” – NIPM Mangaluru’s ISSN e-Journal, dedicated to HR professionals and academicians.
