No Arrest in Sharath Murder case, Notification Under 35 KP Act extended till July 30
Mangaluru: There are rumours that some arrests have been made in the Sharath murder case. The SP of Dakshina Kannada Sudheer Reddy has clarified that no arrests have been made so far in the Sharath murder case.
Rumours are being circulated about the arrest of the accused in the Sharath murder case and are undergoing interrogation by the police.
Notification Under 35 KP Act extended till July 30 in Police Commissionerate
In the Police Commissionarate limits, notification under 35 KP act has been extended till July 30. To maintain law and order situation in the city and avoid any untoward incidents, police commissioner T R Suresh has extended notification under 35 KP act from 16 July 6:00 am to 30 July midnight.

With the section in place, a gathering of more than five persons at one place, carrying any weapons and activities disturbing the peace with the bursting of crackers, pelting stones or carrying similar things, shouting provocative slogans, displaying pictures of persons or holding processions is banned.
