NRI Ritesh D’Costa (30) Dies in Bike-Lorry Accident
Mangaluru: According to Kankanady Police Station, a thirty-year-old man succumbed to severe injuries due to a bike and lorry accident, which happened near Valencia on 27 October 2016.
It is learnt that the deceased person is Ritesh Alexander D’Costa, aged 30, from Sooterpete near Valencia, who had come down on holidays as he works abroad. Sources reveal that Ritesh, had gone to drop his mother to the Valencia bus stop on Thursday morning, and while he was returning he was hit by a lorry, in which he was seriously injured.
Even though he was quickly rushed to Government Wenlock Hospital, he succumbed due to severe injuries. Kankanady police have registered a case against the lorry driver, and further investigation is on.
