One Killed, three injured in Collision between Cars at Kota
Kundapur: A 33-year-old man was killed and three others injured when a WagonR collided head-on into a Fortuner on NH 66 Kannukere near Kota on Sunday, January 8 late night.
The deceased has been identified as Shibu (33) a native of Kerala state.
According to the police, the driver of the WagonR which was on its way to Kundapur from Kerala, lost control on the car which swerved to the extreme after hitting the median and landed on the wrong side of the road crashing into the Fortuner which was coming from opposite direction. Shibu, the driver of the WagonR was killed on the spot. Three other passengers in the car were injured. They have been shifted to the private hospital.
The Kota Police have registered a case.
