Opposition has No Morality to Demand Resignation of K J George – Minister Khader

Mangaluru: “The opposition has no any agenda to blame the Congress government. The opposition leaders are blaming Siddaramaiah and the Congress government. But from the past four years, the Congress government has given transparent governance without being involved in corruption. The BJP is disappointed seeing the performance of the Congress government and is trying to create confusion in the minds of the people. Now the BJP is demanding the resignation of Minister K J George but the Supreme court has not mentioned K J George has the accused in DySP Ganapathi Suicide case. The BJP has no morality to demand the resignation of K J George said the Minister for Food and Civil Supplies U T Khader in a press meet held at Circuit House here on September 18.

Addressing the mediapersons U T Khader said, “The Supreme court has directed the CBI to investigate DySP Ganapathi suicide case and submit a report within three months, Let the BJP wait for three months for the report since they have trust in the CBI. Once the report is submitted let they decide the next step depending on the outcome of the report. Instead of waiting for the CBI report the opposition is demanding the resignation of K J George. BJP has no morality to demand K J George’s resignation.”

U T Khader further said, “The BJP has only two agenda’s to go before the people by damaging the image of Congress party leaders and creating communal disturbances in the state. Recently the BJP members tried to create communal disturbance by burning the flag of a temple in Chamrajanagar. When the election is nearing they will create such problems. BJP has no other agenda for the next elections. So they are trying to create communal disturbance in the state. If there are any problems, people should not panic but should join hands with the police and help them to nab the culprits”.

When asked about Yeddyurappa saying that within a week he will reveal the corruption of Congress, U T Khader said, “The former CM Yeddyurappa has fixed a date to put allegations on CM Siddaramaiah. If he has the courage let them come with the evidence. Congress has the capacity to face them. The Congress government led by Siddaramaiah has not been involved in any corruption.”

Taluk Panchayat president Mohammed Monu, Ullal Block Congress president Santhosh Kumar Shetty were also present.
