Dear Mr. Oscar Fernandes,

Though you come to Udupi, your home town, and stay at the Circuit House,
only to inaugurate this and that, why don’t you instruct the Udupi Municipality and the MPW to repair the DC Road and the road leading to Udupi Railway Station, and the Manipal roads, that are in such a bad state today.
