P I Sreevidya new DC of Kodagu
Madikeri: The state government has transferred Deputy Commissioner Richard Vincent D’Souza.
P I Sreevidya, who was the deputy secretary of Infrastructure Development Department will take charge as the new deputy commissioner of the district.
Sreevidya is an IAS officer of the 2009 batch, a topper, securing the 14th rank. She is from Kottarakara village in Kollam district in Kerala. Following her education in a government school, Sreevidya did her BA in English Literature from Mar Ivanios College in Thiruvananthapuram. She then joined studied law at the Kerala Law Academy and came out with first class.
Sreevidya had served as the Kodagu Zilla Panchayat chief executive officer from November 16, 2013 to May 20, 2014.
