Parked Truck Goes into Neutral, Rolls Down the Road Damaging a Parked Car & Electric Poles

 Mangaluru: Carelessness of the driver of a goods truck has to be blamed for this minor accident, which luckily didn’t result in injuries or fatality, but did damage to a parked car and couple of Mescom electric poles.

Late this afternoon, on Friday 28 August, a goods truck which was parked on the street opposite to Mannagudda Apartments , near Hotel Divyashree and Suvarna’s Fast Food, in Mannagudda, Mangaluru, went into neutral, and rolled few metres down the road, damaging a parked car on its way, and came to a halt after hitting couple of Mescom electric poles, and damaging them.

Luckily there were no injuries or loss of lives, but the incident did damage a parked car and electric poles. Barke police arrived at the spot and registered a case.
