Pejawar Swamiji’s Health Deteriorates; CM B S Yediyurappa visits Hospital
Udupi: Chief Minister B S Yediyurappa visited KMC hospital in Manipal for the second time on December 28 to enquire about the health condition of Sri Vishwesha Theertha Swamiji of Sri Pejawar Math, Udupi, who has been admitted to the hospital on December 20.
Chief Minister B S Yediyurappa arrived by Helicopter from Mangaluru and reached the hospital by road. He was accompanied by the MP of Udupi – Chikkamagaluru, Shobha Karandlaje and MLA Raghupathi Bhat.
Speaking to the mediapersons Chief Minister Yediyurappa said, “The health condition of Pejawar Swamiji is deteriorating day by day but doctors are continuing their efforts. Hope the Swamiji will recover with the prayers of the people across the country. I will stay back in Udupi today and tomorrow. I also urge the people of this country to pray for the Swamiji’s good health so that he may recover soon.”
